Warranty & Services

Warranty terms

If your product stops working and you believe the issue is caused by a manufacturing or product defect, you may submit a warranty request. We will review the case and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty conditions. Submitting a warranty request is free of charge.

To process a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice. Our technical team or service partners may inspect the product to determine the cause of the defect.

The warranty does not apply in situations where the product has been damaged due to improper use, normal wear, unauthorized repair attempts, or external damage.

Warranty period

All products sold through our store are covered by a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, including Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

Under normal usage conditions, the product should function properly during this period. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, the product may be repaired or replaced free of charge, depending on the nature of the issue.

Some manufacturers offer extended warranty periods for specific products. When applicable, this information will be clearly indicated in the product description or documentation.

If a product develops a defect during the warranty period, it will first be inspected to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, environmental factors, or normal product wear may not be covered by warranty.

Situations not covered by warranty

The warranty does not apply in certain situations where the damage is related to how the product has been used. Examples may include improper handling, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Damage resulting from external causes such as water exposure, electrical surges, physical impact, or unauthorized modifications is generally not covered under warranty.

Normal wear of consumable components may also fall outside warranty coverage.

User damage

User damage refers to situations where a product stops functioning correctly because of the way it was used or handled. For example, this may include allowing a battery-powered device to remain discharged for an extended period of time, which may damage the battery, or bending a flexible solar panel beyond the limits recommended by the manufacturer, which can affect the internal solar cells.

If a product is submitted for warranty inspection, a technician or service partner may examine the device to determine the cause of the defect. If the issue is determined to be user-related damage, the repair will generally not be covered by warranty.

In cases where repair is technically possible, we may offer a paid repair service. The cost of the repair and any associated shipping or service fees will be communicated to you before any work is carried out.

Warranty process

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact our support team or submit a request through the Submit return or repair section on our website. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include providing additional information, photos, or returning the product for inspection.

If the defect is confirmed and covered under warranty, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable warranty conditions.

For any questions related to warranty or product service, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.
