Shipping Policy

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours after payment confirmation during business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Shipping locations

Most orders are shipped directly from our primary warehouse in Romania. In some cases, certain products may be dispatched from a secondary warehouse located within the European Union. This allows us to maintain product availability and ensure faster delivery when items are stored in another EU logistics location. Regardless of the shipping origin, all shipments are handled within the European Union and follow standard EU delivery procedures.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and the courier network. While we strive to meet these delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, courier disruptions, customs checks for specific shipments, or circumstances outside our control. Customers will always receive tracking information once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Shipping carriers

Large or heavy shipments

Certain products such as large energy storage systems, solar equipment, or other heavy items may require specialized transport or pallet shipping. In these cases, the courier may contact you directly to schedule a suitable delivery time.

Delivery responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving the shipment. Providing photos of the package and the product will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
